1The game

Ludo Deck is a free game with ads and optional purchases. We may change, improve or discontinue parts of the game at any time.

2Coins and items

Coins, themes, pieces, card backs and other in-game items are virtual: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person. They exist only inside the game and may be adjusted to keep it balanced.

3Purchases

Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, under each store's rules and refund periods. “Remove ads” removes full-screen ads; rewarded videos stay available because you choose to watch them. If a purchase is refunded, the benefit no longer applies.

4Account

A Google account is optional and is used to save progress in the cloud. You can delete it at any time in the app or on the Delete account page.

5Fair use

You may not modify the app, use cheating software or exploit bugs to earn coins or items. In those cases we may remove what was obtained improperly.

6Ownership

The Ludo Deck name, brand, art, music and code belong to their authors and licensors. Music and sound effects are used under their creators' licenses.

7Liability

The game is provided as is. We work to keep it running well, but we do not guarantee it will be free of bugs or interruptions.

8Privacy

How we use data is described in the privacy policy.

9Law and contact
