This policy explains what data the game Ludo Deck uses, why, who it is shared with and how you can ask to see or delete it. It follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).

Summary: the game works without sign-up. Your progress stays on your phone. If you sign in with Google, it is also saved in the cloud. We use Google's Firebase to measure usage and receive error reports, and you can turn this off in Settings. Ads are served by Google AdMob. We do not sell your data.

Account identifier: a random code created by Firebase Authentication, with no name or email When the game opens with internet access To prepare cloud saving and matches with friends
Google account: name, email and account identifier Only if you tap “Sign in with Google” To save progress in the cloud and restore it on another device
Cloud progress: the same progress data (without settings), linked to your account Only with a Google account connected So you don't lose progress when you change or reinstall your device. Stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore, in São Paulo, Brazil
Usage data: matches started and finished (mode, result, duration), use of the tutorial, shop, chests and ads; device model, operating system, language, approximate country or region and an app instance identifier If “Share usage data” is on (on by default, can be turned off in Settings) To understand how the game is used and improve it (Firebase Analytics). This data is not used for ads
Error reports: what the app was doing when it crashed, device model, operating system and an app instance identifier Same “Share usage data” option To find and fix crashes (Firebase Crashlytics)
Ad data: device advertising identifier, IP address, device information and ad interactions When an ad is loaded or shown To show ads and measure their results (Google AdMob)

To check the date for daily chests and missions, the game also asks Google's servers for the current time. This request sends no data about you beyond the normal internet connection.

We do not ask for precise location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.

3Legal basis

4Ads

Ads are served by Google AdMob. They never appear during a match, and content is limited to Google's “parental guidance” (PG) rating: ads for teens or adults are not shown. We block sensitive categories such as gambling and dating. You can limit personalization or reset your advertising identifier in your phone's settings. Learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

We do not sell or rent your data. It is processed by companies that provide services to the game, each under its own policy:

We may also share data when required by law or court order.

6International transfers

Cloud progress is stored in São Paulo, Brazil. Google services may process usage, error and ad data on servers outside Brazil, under the contractual safeguards provided by the LGPD.
