Delete your Ludo Deck account

Game Ludo Deck, published by Danillo Henrique Rodrigues Ltda.

In the app (immediately)

1. Open Ludo Deck and tap your profile.
2. On the “Account” card, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Delete.

Without the app

Send an email to ludocards.game@gmail.com with the subject “Delete Ludo Deck account”, from the same email as the Google account used in the game. We delete it within 15 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (the Google account linked to the game, name and email).
• All progress saved in the cloud: nickname, avatar, stats, coins, items, missions and level.

What may remain

• Progress stored on the phone itself stays there until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game.
• Usage data and error reports, which have no name or email, are deleted automatically within 14 months and 90 days, respectively.
• Purchase records that Google Play or the App Store are required to keep.
